I am ashamed of not remembering your vet and techs who showed such gentleness and compassion when our beloved Yorkie crossed the Rainbow Bridge Sunday afternoon on 9/4/22. We have been through this so many times 😢 but this vet went to the moon and back for Winni and me. She is my hero. Bless you.

To be fair im relieved they did xray and tried to get my babys fever down when I couldnt get her into her actual vet but next time I'm going to hold out to try and get er visit in am at her own vets office. After her fever returning higher her vet for half the cost gave her correct antibiotic shot and was able to have my baby feeling better with 24hrs. I feel I wasted the money on medicine that didnt help her, but animal er was helpful in performing xray to see if there was a reason for her tummy pain. Staff wasn't as friendly as they could be some of the staff acted like it was a bother to be at work. Also shouldn't call your location a animal er when they hardly have vet on staff to even care for pets and want to send you almost to Lehigh on Daniel's to blue pearl who treats pets like the hospital er triage and possible 4 to 5hr wait.

Dr. German was kind, gentle, and did a great job explaining threatment options for our dog. There was not a long wait and their prices are fair compared to other emergency vets.

What’s the point of advertising you’re open 24hrs if you can’t see any more patients after 12am? Then the staff was very rude over the phone. I get being tired after dealing with pets all day but have some sympathy. That’s the job you signed up for. If you don’t like it, do something else. But don’t take it on someone who’s under stress seeking help for his pet. Also, referring someone to another hospital when the procedure needs to be done in less than 2 hours…. Not smart.
