I went in to return something and I told the man that I needed to tape up the box and he pointed me to the tape that they sell for like $4. I said something along the lines of “Really, but you have tape right there, can’t I use that?” The man condescendingly said “Well sure, this one is international and costs $20 and this one is overseas and costs $40 (those prices are definitely wrong, but I forget the actual numbers. I just know they were ridiculously high for me to ship this return). Anyway, he was just very rude and unprofessional about the dumb tape. Also, you would think that a post office would have some tape for anyone to use, right? I know that the usps is government owned and it is probably not going to change to start having free tape but at the very least this employee was fairly rude to me for no apparent reason.

I have a delayed package. There's no explanation. The Hispanic male clerk tells me there's no explanation and to go home and file a claim online. There was another clerk and I was the only one in the office. Maybe he could've handled it for me and maybe not but he was short with me and not at all concerned with this problem. So I'll go home and file my claim. I'll buy my stamps while on the USPS website. This happens allot. Clerks consistently send me to file my questions or complaints online. They'll all be crying when they're out of jobs because we all just went online.
