By far the best children’s hospital I’ve ever been to. This place took care of my son like it was they’re child. I’m so happy to have this hospital only an hour away from where I live. God bless everyone working here to save lives.

We are visiting from out of town when my son got a skin infection from the ocean. Urgent care sent us here. I was super nervous going to a hospital that I knew nothing about, but WOW!! We received amazing prompt service and care. The pharmacy on site was a plus too. I hope to not have to visit the ER again, but if I do, I know where to go! The ER staff was amazing and big shout out to the child life specialist. That was a new one for me, but an amazing service to offer to children in the hospital.

We had to take my daughter in Sunday afternoon after she fell and split her chin open. On the way over she was freaking out about the possibility of having stitches! We had to wait a bit because they were very busy, but every single person we encountered was extremely friendly and helpful. They went well out of their way to make sure she felt comfortable and was not afraid. By the time they were ready to do the stitches she wasn't even nervous anymore, and because they numbed the site she didn't feel a thing! They sent her out with a toy and a popsicle. It was by far the most pleasant experience I have ever had at a doctors office! My only concern is she will find reasons to injure herself just so she can go back and visit!! LOL

There is a chapel not sure if there is a service
The billing office is by the pharmacy on 1st floor in main atrium. If you sign up for MyChart of Lee Health you can get info that way too.
Contact the Child Life Specialists Department for all donations. They will give you all the rules and actually be the department who would collect donations for the kids.
The health department on Michigan Avenue in ft.myers has free flu shots for kids ages 6 months-18 years and $30 for adults
