Very nice tour! Our tour guide, Jo Ann, was very knowledgeable about the mansion and its history. Lots better than we anticipated! Well worth the 32 dollar entry fee.

We have done house tours around the globe and this one by far was one of the best. Our guide Joanne had a real passion for the place. She was a great guide. The owners did a great job with restoring this place to keep its historical integrity but yet made it a functional home to live in. Thank you guys for saving this place. We will definitely be back for the Christmas season to see the decorations. I believe Joanne mentioned that one of the owners is from Newark Nj. My parents were born there and I was born in Elizabeth the next town over. It’s great to see other “city folk” have a passion for historical houses.

Great tour and a very beautiful home. It is so great that the owners open their home and share the history of such a beautiful "winter" home of Mr. Stetson. Loved the history and the architecture

The Stetson Mansion in DeLand, FL. is a must see for anyone who loves history, historical preservation, beauty, and the adventure of touring one of the most popular and unique Victorian homes in FL! Thank you JoAnn for your most informative and entertaining guided tour! You as well as the Stetson Mansion are amazing!!

Since this is a Google information page with only general information and reviews about the location I suggest you contact the Stetson house directly if you want them to have your hats.
How much is the cost to enter
I cannot remember the exact cost but it was $20 +. They have that info on their website. 🌞
No, must be purchased through the website only
I entered without paying. Just pulled in a parked. Walked around. Didn’t go inside as didn’t have tickets. Someone asked if I needed any help. Said no, just looking before I go.
Buy online
Of course
I took a tour over the 4th of July weekend and enjoyed the visit. Their website has tour details and an email address for questions.
Advance purchase, the house is lived in, so you book online and you pick your day and time from the available time slots.
They do not sell hats
There are stairs but the stairs have railings. Inside the mansion is not wheelchair accessible on the second or third floor. First floor is.
Wheel chairs are welcome. There are two steps to get onto the front porch and one step into the mansion. Due to the historic nature of the home we are not permitted for elevators. Many guests enjoy visiting just the first floor, especially to see our elaborate Christmas display that changes each year.
For the full tour it's $30.00 per person and you have to go on line to make reservations and it's very worth it!:)
There are tours year round. I am not 100% sure about days. They have a Facebook page
Your best bet is to email the website directly. This Q&A is not exclusively maintained by the company. Its done with crowd sourcing.
The day after since giving a visit to your place for the first time I had a friend from Charlotte that Carolina visit me and was very little to nothing to enjoy here in Palm Coast Florida so I took her to your beautiful where all the credit and then interesting mention we truly enjoyed 👍being at Portuguese this means a lot to me now I have another friend here again visiting I would love to take her there to see your fabulous place ♥️ do u offer discount for disable and 65 over ? want to pay for her ticket I don’t feel like going in again Do to my budgeting! I must say your place is just beautiful the best I ever seen I love her though the crate with love kindness in a lot of talent think you
No elevator is available and the public stairs are steep but not terribly so. This is still a private residence and the owners have some areas that are not open to the public.
At Christmas time it was around 25 bucks. The best bet is to call them or go on line it might have changed by now.
You can't reach them by phone. I have tried for days.the phone only gives you info.
Philly Diner, great breakfast and not far from.Mansion. Had the sausage gravy and biscuits. Real "down home" southern fare. Typical "diner" decor.
$25 plus tax.
When we went at Christmas, it took about 1 hour. We really enjoyed it.
