The chocolate is good but the service wasn’t the best. I went in with my family and it felt like customers were a bother to the employees. It was really off putting and honestly made us want to leave.. I usually just let these things go because I know we all have bad days, so I would go back again in hopes that it was just a fluke. It is also a touristy area, so I’m sure that the rush of people can be demanding.

Melanie was an informative and entertaining tour guide! We do this tour every time we visit St Augustine!!

I agree. We just showed up and were lucky. we got the last openings for the day.
The place is relatively small, but will easily accommodate a large group. Plenty of dining space!
In the parking lot to the right of the showroom. It's actually between the showroom and the building they make the chocolate in.
Many things are shut down, so always call ahead to see what their policy is.
Just no bare feet
Try calling them and asking. So good that the calories might not count
It can be stored in a Tupperware container in room temperature
They actually had gator pops which were individual Gators at the factory store on King St. I am unsure about the prices. They have lunch sized cooler bags you can transport their products in and they also do shipping. Hope this helps.

About an hour. I recommend not taking the last tour of the day. Most of the workers are gone and the stations unmanned, so you will see very few machines being operated, and just a verbal explanation of how the machines work.
