Found them on Groupon, went to the three hour class they held at a laqunta ( thinking this is where I would get my concealed weapon license ) all along it was just to rope me and my partner in ! After the three hour class the instructor tells us we have to come out to Clermont to take the actual test which was a additional ($200 for me and my partner) me and my partner uses Lyft/Uber which WE TOLD THEM and preferred somewhere near. The instructor tell us “ oh how it will be so much more if we take the test else where and could we find a ride and offers for the person to shoot at there range for free whoever brings us “ we found a ride luckily cause we already spent $200 for the test. The day comes for us to do it, they did not say ITS A OUTSIDE RANGE SO CANCELLATION IS POSSIBLE TO BAD WEATHER “ plus we called ahead of time we arrived 20 mins early. NO ONE WAS EVEN THERE !! The number they told us to call the lady claimed someone was already on the way to Clermont. We go get something to eat and come back, it started sprinkling and yea I did see lightning after 10-15 mins it passed over. EVERYONE IN THE CLASS WAS ALREADY THERE. They had the audacity to send a mass message claiming “ due to bad weather they canceled the class” no instructor even showed up to a field full of grass. THEN THERW CUSTOMER SERVICE STOPS ANSWERING AND IGNORING CALLS. This has now been almost over two weeks ago, there has been no resolution. claim we cannot receive a refund but yet we told them our situation and why we couldn’t make a way back out there !!! Just a waste of time and gas. Me and my partner needed this before we left to go OTR Trucking we leave out Tuesday to WI. SO NO I REFUSE TO RESCHEDULE WHEN IM NOT EVEN GONNA BE IN THIS STATE ANYMORE. I WANT MY MONEY BACK FOR A SERVICE THAT WAS NOT RENDERED !! I will be filing a lawsuit if this is not resolved in the correct manner. IT HAS ALREADY BEEN 2 WEEKS !! I’m disgusted with this company and how they operate. Definitely do NOT RECOMMEND!! STAY AWAY

Josh was a great instructor, took the time to explain the relevant Florida statutes in a thorough but entertaining way. For the practical portion of the class, after qualifying everyone, he took the time to evaluate the shooters who stayed behind to give additional tips and go through drills and training outside of the scope of the class. Can't say enough good things about all the folks at USS Agency. Would recommend this course to anyone, regardless of shooting experience or ability.

Very good content is great and liked the instructors but the time frame of the class was unclear and kind of longer than you’d think. They should clarify that more before we get there.
