We went yesterday. It was great. The stadium outside walls are open. So not totally enclosed. There's plenty of hand sanitizer stations. As in life, common sense goes a long way. Enjoy the rodeo. It was superb

Mosaic Arana is covered and has 14 - 16 20 foot helecopter fans on the ceiling that move quite a bit of air.

It has already occurred. It is an annual event. I think the rodeo circuit went next to somewhere around Orlando. They hold those events all over the country moving on to the next one after each one.

We paid 25 for bleacher seats. Plenty of leg room.
