We stayed here for a few months and loved our stay. The management was super nice and very helpful.

Bought a new 2021 Destination Hampton RV. We decided to spend our winters in Fl. from now on. We were lucky enough to get a prime spot in Oak Haven, right on the corner with a field behind us and no one in front. The neighbor's are wonderful, fun, activities almost every day. Clean, well taken care of...I have never been so happy. We are here to stay 6 months a year from now on.

Any room for a 32' Jayco travel trailer that would stay on the lot year round . If so, are we allowed 7'X7' RubberMaid shed for storage. Do we need to tiedown the unit, Do we need to install skirting around the trailer. What would be the rate.

Hi, I have only been there 12 years, but when I look at residents, I can pretty well say there are none left.

Do they allow year round living and what's the monthly lot rent and lot size I'll have a 30' RV Thanks Dale

They do have an area for mobile homes and the florida homes. In the campground area there are year round campers. For size of lots and pricing it is best to call them.
