We hired Active to install screen enclosure for front door and frame in our Lanai with screen and windows. From the very start of the project dealing with Doug and Ken then James went very smoothly. They send out installer John and he was over the top being professional and doing an outstanding job. Very good at what he does. The final stage will be the windows and we can’t wait to finish the project..so far great experience. The project is complete now. What a great job John did. Very happy with Active!

Installed doors and windows called for service since one of the doors keeps jamming up. Lady receptionist Adriana said she will give it to service. No idea if someone will call back today tomorrow next week or month. When asked of the service managers contact she said he can’t be reached? Spent over a 100 k. A phone answering machine would of been more competent than this representatives rude arrogant demeanor. Customer service?

So I read the reviews and I am glad I am not the only one with this opinion. The “gentleman“ in the show room is as rude as I have ever seen anyone be to what could be a potential customer. He absolutely treated me like I was without the means to purchase anything and he just basically made me feel inferior. I fully intend to replace my windows with Impact Rated from PGT. I have other estimates but my neighbor told me to check this company out. His name was John and he may or may not be the same man referenced before. AVOID at all cost. I didn’t get the chance to even talk and I find it hard to believe they allow him to talk to people. So I WILL NOT be dealing with him. My neighbor said to go to Punta Gorda because “that group cares” - care enough to replace John and you’d be doing yourself a favor. One star because no lower option.
