My only issue with them is they do NOT know how to make cheese fries every orde I get the cheese is dried burnt like and that's because either they have the oven on to high or they are leaving it in too long. No other restaurant I've ever been to and gotten cheese fries have been like that the cheese is supposed to be melted not dried out. Every Chili's I've been to it's like this.

This Chilis is SOOO much better than the one closer to me, the Rosemont location. Better quality, good portions… I’d recommend this location. Everyone also seems to be nicer here than other locations too

Absolutely the best service and honest as soon as we walked in! First tried a pub across the street, after waiting 20 mins for someone to just talk to us it was a no go. Went to Chili’s to eat…. First walk through the door they were polite and courteous. They had double the tables of the other restaurant but with only 2 servers!!!!! AND they still accommodate us with the best service with also an apology as they were short staffed and they may not be as prompt as normal. Good for this team!! Open and honest is always the way to go and will always give a 10/10 for it!!

It was the Holiday Season... I can't remember which one but I was driving and looked up to see their sign... After shopping I was so hungry so I decided to stop. I was greeted at the door by a lovely woman who showed me to my seat... First a Icy Cold Sprite was quickly at my table followed by a Savory Bowl of Potato Soup... And then the... JOY OF THE SEASON arrived in the form of a Flavorful Berry Margarita... And now... along with the Music making me happier... I was talking to my Fellow Diners about the Joy of The Season... Lastly... The Main Course... You could smell it's arrival and almost taste it with your eyes... It made the Holiday Evening with complete strangers... something to remember... THANK YOU.
