I always go through the drive thru at this location but this time I went inside the lobby and no one even acknowledged me and I'm standing at the counter for at least 10 mins. So someone comes over and finally takes my order and then I'm waiting another 10 mins for my order. Now what really made me mad was the lady that gave my food didn't even speak to me and when I asked if she had any sugar for my coffee she gave me two Splendas and continued working without even talking to me. Such a horrible experience like seriously it's not hard to talk and be friendly. I would tell anyone to avoid this location but if you have to just go through the drive thru and avoid poor service in the lobby.

I eat here frequently and the fries are almost always fresh as with all of their food. The restrooms and lobby are also always clean. For a fast food restaurant I think it’s great.

Asked for a big Mac no bun they gave me only one piece of cheese and the container was smeared with mac sauce. Just disgusting. Total disregard for the customer. The young girl at the pick up window wasn't very nice either and didn't confirm my order before handing me my bag all I got was a "here" while I wasn't looking. Yes they were busy but good customer service should always be first priority.
