Little Caesars Pizza

Walked in at 8:07, had no pizza. Said I would take the next pizza ready, was told they weren’t making anymore…yet advertised open til 9. I’m not looking for top level service, just fast food service (even though they get paid to do that) but when your slogan is “hot and ready” and you have nothing available with an hour still left of being open, kinda hurts the ‘brand’

Really bad customer service. Called an order in. Guy hung up on me before I could confirm he got my order right. Told me it’d be 15 minutes. I show up 35 minutes later and a worker tells me I’m gonna have to wait 10 more minutes, they hadn’t even started it yet.

The amount of boomer attitude and generally terrible people leaving reviews for this place is ridiculous, It is a Little Caesars, its a cheap option for some of the cheapest non-frozen pizza, the employees are paid borderline minimum wage to make cheap pizza, not do customer support, you want better service? Go to a more expensive pizza place and PAY for better service. To all yall leaving one star reviews telling these people to go live under a bridge because they aren't giving you "FREE" impeccable perfectionist service over a five dollar pizza.. please do everyone a favor and grow up.

Ordered a 3 meat with extra cheese. The cheese was thinner than there ultra thin pepperoni. They never have anything hot and ready like they advertise. I watched 3 would be customers walk out while waiting for the pizza I ordered for that exact reason. I will never frequent this little Caesars again. I dont like being ripped off.
