I didn't think I would live here this long ! I love it ! Knew I would! From the rootie(my office family) to the tootie(their bomb maintenance guys)! It's about to be 3 years, if the Lord says the same! I have boys n sometimes they get boring but I teach them to always enjoy the little things! Neverrr know when change is coming!! But over all we love our home! Such a vibe! Come by and see yourself !! 10/10 need community so much stuff around these apartments!!

If I could give this place a zero, I would. They are so desperate for tenants and money, that they are willing to extort our assets for it. For example, they will tow their own tenants’ cars after paying $1800 in rent to “upkeep the community” but yet, they do not take care of the ponds, gates, hell- even the pool half the time. They claim to have updated the apartments but in reality they simply put bandaids over the old stuff. Terribly done counters, laundry room, painting. It’s not worth it and you should certainly find somewhere else to stay. I expect a very generic response from them to this.

I had a maintenance emergency on Saturday at 2am. I was hesitant to call maintenance, but I knew it couldn't wait. Kasene answered my calls within minutes and came and serviced my issues with a smile. This is what you call Top Level service.
