To contradict some of the reviews below, if you drive through an automated car wash and expect a hand wash detail, you're delusional. The ONLY reason a car may look cleaner at branford carwsh on the hill, is because they have a hand towel cleaning crew at the end of the cleaning line! They HAND WASH AND DRY. HENCE BETTER JOB THAN A ROBOT. This carwash remains busy for a reason, because the owner DOES take care of it. I SEE HIM THERE EVERY SINGLE WEEK. I use strictly the self wash bays for the high pressure soap and water to remove roadsalt. I've spent hundreds here and don't regret it. My only only gripe. Change those darn scrubber brushes in the self wash bays WAY more often and you'll see a lot more of my money. I won't dare put those brushes on my car after watching mudders scrub jeeps off in there.
