It was so hot and humid inside that I started to feel faint and shaky. Very limited number of dryers compared to the number of washers. I had to wait 20 minutes just to get a dryer. The prices are quite high! I spent almost $40 on 4 loads of wash! I would explore other options if you have access to them

I just moved to Hamden a couple of months ago and I was going there to wash all my clothes. I had no problem for months until a week in a half ago. I had put 3 loads in the dryer and left to Shoprite which is down the street. After 45 mins pasted, I went back to get my clothes and I lost 1 load of my clothes out of the 2 that was there. The guy that works there took my information down and gave it to the manager. The manager calls me the next day saying she won’t be in when I get out of work to meet me so we can look at the cameras. She said she will call me back the next day to let me know if we can meet up at 6:30pm. It literally has been almost 2 weeks and she hasn’t called me back. I have tried calling there but no one answer and takes me to voicemail. How can someone just steal a load of clothes that isn’t theirs nor bring it back when realizing it isn’t theirs?!?! Great washer and dryer but I won’t be going back there.
