I had an appointment back in June for a 4D ultrasound. The appointment generally went fine. We got to see the face of our sweet little boy. The reason for the two star review is due to the fact that we paid for the Sweeter package and at the end of the session found out that she only had two stuffed animals to choose from (luckily I liked one of them) and that her black and white photo printer was broken. Our technician said she would mail us the pictures once it was fixed. Two weeks go by and I don’t get the pictures. I texted her with no reply back. After a month I text her again, still with no reply. So I call her after a few days and she says that she would get it mailed out the next day and send me a confirmation text. Never heard from her. So after a week and a half goes by I call her again and it seems like she doesn’t even remember us having talked before and she said she would print them that day and get them mailed. It’s been a few weeks since then and I still never received anything. I live about an hour away so for me to go there is completely out of the way. So for anyone that does not live close by you either find somewhere else to go or call beforehand to make sure everything is properly working and stocked because she will not send you anything afterwards. If you’re local then you can at least stop by in person to pick up anything not previously provided. Thankfully I have the pictures online but at this point it’s down to principle. If I paid for a package and it includes certain items then I expect to receive those otherwise I shouldn’t have paid for it. Sadly I would not go back for future pregnancies nor would I recommend this location.

Do not choose New Leaf 4D, especially the Brandon location. We tried to book an appt at the Brandon office twice. The female employee we spoke with cancelled the appt two times. The date and time the appt was made she did not even show up to the appt. We had family members waiting to see the baby and she never showed up or even notified us that she would not be at the appt. So instead of it being a wonderful experience we were all very disapoointed. Save your time and money!!

Inconvenienced two weeks in a row. Booked appointment for Sonograms to be done. Got a text with an hour prior to appointment for needing to reschedule, after already rearranging another appointment. Rescheduled for following week. Went back and forth with times and worked around sonographer’s schedule. Again rearranged our schedules only to get another text the day of appointment asking to reschedule. Replied within same hour to confirm appointment. Drove from South Gandy, my mother from Riverview, only to sit in a parking lot for over 20 mins and sonographer not show. Very disappointed and inconsiderate! Would not recommend using place so unprofessional with appointments.

Tia did an amazing job ,She tries her best to build a connection with us and baby. The experience with her was just amazing,
