Great knowledgeable staff. My only issue is that the coffee is always about 3-4 weeks old. It seems to be a problem at this store only because the Lynwood store def has fresher coffee. I’ve bought all my coffee makers grinders and tools from here.

What a joke store. If you love coffee and know a little about it please stay away from here. They don’t know their staff over here. This place is a insult for coffee. Also insult for who ever come to spend his money there. Go to Amazon it’s cheaper and they give more information. I came in ready to pay the extra for a store! Not more! Waste of gas time money!!!

Paid $899 for the 4300 LatteGo and they sent me 4300 Classic that is $200 less. Customer service has been great, why the one star review. The company could have processes to make the customer feel more important. I asked if there is anything the company can do for this inconvenience, and they said no, either we can replace the product or we can issue you a refund. Very honest and that's fine, just makes me want to consider my options more when purchasing a product in the future. Then when I asked when I will receive my replacement, they said FedEx will need to show they have received the product...well, I have a receipt from FedEx, they received the product. Just not a very warm feeling buying from them.

Amazing shop, great prices and service. Checked out some of the machines for sale, had a demo run of the machines, tasted the espresso, had all my questions answered by a nice polite man, and easily purchased the machine that was exclusive to SCG with zero wait time. Also got some freebies, which is a great bonus :)
