PHENOMIAL RECEPTION SERVICE! my girl that did the eye test, found my old script could be fine tuned, cannot wait to receive my new glasses! i cant for the life of me remember her name but she was very informative of the process. doc was quick and short but to the point, got my exam done and off to work in no time. trying to get restasis and the filled the authorization paperwork out wrong by checking a box saying I would use with cequa and some other eye drop. dr. ward originally said did not want to give script cause it was too expensive. I said your not paying for it and I have insurance. I let them know what they did and to see if they would resubmit and they said there was nothing more they could do and that they were getting run around. dr. is very arrogant and pompous.
