My Yukon wouldn't start on a a Friday night. OnStar had it towed to Eagle Buick GMC. Saturday morning I got a call it was more complicated than the battery. It was labor day weekend. It would be Tuesday before anyone could look at it. Tuesday morning I got a call that it was the starter. I ok'd the repair and it was done that afternoon. Great Service

I called the service department to make an appointment to have the serpentine belt changed on my mothers 2013 GMC Terrain. I spoke with a young woman who was the most clueless, nonprofessional individual I have ever encountered. After giving her all the information about the car, she couldn't give me a real date to when an appointment could be made, said they were a week or so out. Fine, just give me a day the following week, since this seems beyond your grasp to figure it out. I then asked how much they charged to change the belt, this just completely stumped her. She put the phone down, went to the service manager, came back to the phone and said they don't give out prices because all vehicles were different. I restated to her the year, make and model, and the engine size, only to be told they just cannot give a price until the work was done. Does Eagle expect customers to tolerate this type of incompetence? Have they never changed a serpentine belt on a 2013 GMC Terrrain, do they not use the factory guidelines book for repairs? I just want Eagle to know not to worry, I will never step foot on their property again, or let my mother deal with their incompetence on any level, including buying any more vehicles from them.
