I love this place and have been eating here for YEARS! Tonight, I ordered through DoorDash for dinner. My dasher was already there. The restaurant confirmed my order. 20 minutes later, I ask my dasher if there's an issue with the order, …Hi Rita, thank you for being such a loyal customer to all these years. We remember your order placed at 7:43pm. When we were waiting for a dasher to pick up it was cancelled at 8:01pm. Someone cancelled the order and it was not on our end. We were waiting for your dasher until 8:20pm, hoping that it was a mistake, but there was no one who came to pick up your order. It’s okay… sauce had a little bit of flavor, but the dressing for the salad was much different than all other teriyaki places I have been, it was like a watery vinegar dressing. Also not sure if I just got end of day rice or what but it was quite mushy.
