I took the class to become a real estate agent with Julie Hanigan last fall. The class size was small, which allowed each student the benefit of receiving the individual attention he or she needed. The instruction was well laid out and thorough, and Julie was clearly very knowledgeable in matters of real estate law and procedure. She also took a personal interest in each and every student and advised us how to best get started in real estate based on our individual circumstances and goals. I would highly recommend her class.
