The worst I’ve called like 3 times just to be on hold for 30 mins then when they pick up they hang the phone up the phone. But my mom personally went as she needed a few days supply for her heart med and the pharmacist was so nice stating it was really busy and worked alone.

Multiple times the wait is almost an hour to pick up medication. I switched to Publix that can get a line taken care of in 5 minutes but my insurance won't allow me to go there anymore. I am stuck to waiting in line forever no matter if it is in store or drive thru. They won't even allow you to pick up at the window during certain times when no one us there. If you have two pick up lines use them! Please, someone at corporate fix this disaster!

Pharmacy was extremely understaffed. I tried calling for over 2 hours with no answer because the 1 person working was extremely busy. I called the main store and spoke to an extremely rude person. And was even hung up on after he said he had nothing to do with the pharmacy and couldn't say if they were busy and wasn't his problem if they didn't answer the phone. Horrible management. To hire rude ppl like that and to allow only one person to work in the pharmacy without calling someone in or having a backup on a weekend. I feel bad for the pharmacist.

Worst service I have experienced . Was waiting in line for hours. No Customer Service skills. They don't even acknowledge you. Definitely going to Publix next time.
