Was looking for a cough medicine for my wife but couldn’t find the one she needed, Lisa was very helpful and offered help and researched for alternatives but I still decided to ask the pharmacist for guidance and confirm our findings but Hana not only was dismissive but redirected to the shelves despite the fact that I waited there for 10 minutes. If you are at the pharmacy skip Hana if you want help, thanks a million Lisa you showed that at least someone seems to care about customer service
