People don't answer the phones, some are very rude. I love my therapist here but unfortunately won't be able to see her anymore because I refuse to come here anymore because of the staff and other doctors I saw here

Dr. Straubing at the methadone clinic is very intimidating when meeting with patients. When I choose to begin tapering off of the medication he made me feel silly for my decision, and encouraged me to continue, or even increase the amount of medication I was taking. He is very condescending when discussing any other doctors you recieve care from, and will often encourage you to change your treatment plans or instill distrust in your Healthcare providers. I abruptly chose to stop receiving care due the pejorative and belittling way he treats his patients. The facility is usually disgusting. The nurses are dismissive and care nothing for the individuals in front of them, and appointments are "first come first serve" regardless of your appointment time ; plan to wait all day for your appt.

A health care facility that does not take mental health responsibility seriously nor professional.

I love my counselor and dr. They have been nothing but supportive! They listen to my concerns and help me.

I don't know if it's specified anywhere, but I know that many of the staff are bilingual. When you call dial the number two Best Regards 🌻
How do I get on the methadone program. It's an emergency. HELP!
Yes you can be there by 8 as a walk in or call and make an appointment through access center
No its in the state not under it, its a great place to not get any help what so ever!
I was going there for mental health issues, nothing drug-related, so I have no idea.
Yes you can just walk in and stay. You will get seen immediately if suicidal or detox will get the process started immediately also
