I'm new to the area and can already say AVOID this pharmacy at all costs. This is the second time I've had to wait over 24hrs for a prescription to be filled, and the last time I had to physically show up and demand they fill it after being told three separate times to "come back later" over the span of two days. I had a prescription sent to them yesterday afternoon after an urgent care visit. Not only did they not fill it after sitting on it for hours and then closing, today they're closed completely with no warning or courtesy call, so now I have to scramble to have it filled at another pharmacy and HOPE they didn't mark it as filled in their system, because if they did, I won't be able to get it filled elsewhere. Absolutely garbage. I was warned about avoiding this place and now regret not heeding that advice.

I switched to this pharmacy at the beginning of the year, when my insurance changed. Major mistake! I have never waited less than 15 minutes in line to pick up prescriptions and often more than 20. As I type this, I have been on hold to ask a question about a refill for 48 minutes...49...The staff are pleasant enough but entirely unconcerned with efficiency, customer satisfaction, or life in general as far as I can tell.

This place is a Petri dish. The creature with rotten out front teeth treats people disrespectfully, even her manager. She should honestly be wearing a mask to protect everyone from her mouth in general. The manager tried saying it was probably a bad day, but this place is always a disaster. It does not have a drive thru pharmacy despite the signage out front saying that and the online listing saying that. The windows are bashed out, and there’s trash all over the parking lot.

I came here for all of my COVID + booster shots, and the pharmacy staff has always been kind to me. Got me what I needed quickly, and always made me feel welcome in the process. If you ever need a COVID shot or booster, this is the Walgreens you should go to. Alisha is the best pharmacy nurse, really takes good care of every patient, and I hope to see her again in the future for flu shots or anything else I might need! They have a hair specialist in the makeup/shampoo isle too, and she is highly knowledgeable about hair products. Thank you so much for the great experiences today!
