Very good bagels. I had the Florentine bagel that's baked with spinach and cheese. It's soft and savory. I got lox (smoked salmon) on cream cheese with it, it comes with capers and purple onion. I had to ask them to remove the tomato. It's a great combination. They don't cheap out on the fish or cream cheese. Everything tastes fresh and it was a very tasty way to start the morning.

My husband and I had a craving for a good Einstein’s breakfast, what a complete disappointment. The place was unkempt and a little dirty. Drink dispenser-out of order. 3 out of 4 coffee flavors were cold. You are prohibited from sitting in the dining area to eat, when the associate was asked why, her reply was “That is our manager’s decision” Oh, can’t use their bathroom either. Absolute garbage customer service. I am sure you can find better food and a more inviting atmosphere anywhere, including the feces-covered streets of San Francisco .

Friendly staff. Clean facility. Quick service. Quality ingredients. But, the bagel in and of itself is just not outstanding. Can't give 5 stars to a bagel place if the bagel isn't great.

The employees were so sweet and helpful. I went for my first time ever, I've been missing out! They wished me happy birthday and made my day wonderful. The service was fast, the food amazing, and the store was very clean. Can't wait to go back!Glad to hear you enjoyed your first visit with us, Suzanna!
