Black Garlic ramen - Heavy rich taste with definite tastes of garlic. Broth itself was strong pork tasting. The chasu is placed in the bowl cold but the taste is strong. Make sure you get the egg as the egg is cooked perfectly and creamy which makes for a great addition. Definitely needed water on the side of this.

A knitting pal brought me here after much discussion among friends has to which restaurants serve the best ramen. Kotoya’s name came up and was described, with ecstasy, as the best ramen place. Why? It has a most rich and flavorful broth, the centerpiece of all ramen. KOTOYA lives up to its reputation!

This is a hidden gem in Palms. We gave it a chance by looking at the reviews and it was worth it. Place is super small, however, attention on point and the ramen was straight delicious. You are not going to waste your time. The photo doesn't give all the props I couldn't resist and try it out and forgot to take picture before 😂.

Huge portions of one of the best ramen I had. Highly recommended.

They have about 4 stools for outside dining and the rest is pickup to go. You can even order via some machines outside and not go inside the shop.

The website does appear to be broken. Fortunately, the menu is pretty simple. Make sure you know your spice level! They also deliver via UberEATS; you could check there.
