Loved their ramen, like many have said while in line outside, you'll be given a menu explaining how to order (going with the standard chefs choices will make it simpler) along with the special for the day. Which was karaage, we ordered 2 of this, but reality 1 was more than enough. The ramen was delious and the soup base was amazing. The drink options were limited with only canned soda or tea available. The wait is fairly short since the customer turnovers high.

Ramen Nagi #1 ranked ramen shop in Tokyo they say! The rumors are true and trust the hype, they don't lie! It's in the broth and it's in the customer service! There's always a wait no matter what time you go I noticed. But the wait time for 2 is not that long actually they prep you on a menu so you're ready to order. It took about 20-25 minutes to get thru the line and get seated. We ordered a ramen bowl each, I got the spicy and added egg and spicy level 3 but it actually was delicious and not that spicy they also recommended doing a 1-2 for first timers but I love my spice! A must is the karage, it's so good and beautifully plated! Also that price you cannot beat! Overall staff was friendly and food was delicious believe the hype believe the line.

The line is long but service is fast. Someone at the door explains the menu for you. Service staff is helpful and polite. Food was on point. The noodles were perfectly cooked. The chicken karage is nice, crispy and juicy. Cha shu is nice and moist and the kakuni is like pig candy. I had the original tonkatsu and my wife had the squid ink tonkotsu ramen. Everything we ordered was delicious. If you loved ramen, this is a must try place for you.

Great price, ambience. Ramen options are : thin and thick, like pasta. Staff were fast to accommodate us in 10-15 minutes though there was a very long line. Food arrived fast. Portions were medium to heavy. Must try the fried chicken on their menu. They let you pick spice level from 1-10. 1-3 would be spicy per American standards, 4-6 for little spicy. And 6+ is Indian, Mexican level spicy. Delivery is unavailable on Doordash and others so as to preserve authentic taste. Great food available as dine-in only.
