If I could leave zero stars, I absolutely would. Numerous issues with this post office. I had an issue which required a supervisor to resolve. After hearing my concern she asked why I didn’t just use UPS instead of their post office. Take the postal employee’s advice and use UPS. They are also located in Lake Wales.

I miss the good ol’ days when the mail carrier would shut the mailbox after delivering my mail. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with my mailbox. The lid opens and shuts just fine. The problem is, your mail carriers fail to take the time (MAYBE a total of a half of a second) to actually CLOSE the lid! Getting tired of my mail being exposed for my neighbors to see. Also, sick of soggy mail due to it being rained on because my lid was left wide open! What happened to the USPS? Did you decide ANYONE with a heartbeat is qualified to deliver mail?

mail was delivered to me at 2947 silver loop lake Wales while me and my friends watch standing on the porch apparently the door wasn't shut 15 minutes later I go out there and my mail soaking wet with the front door open that's pretty basic put the mail and shut the door

What is Phone # for Lake Wales Post Office
ive tried to contact that post office before.. phone rings and rings and rings.. no one ever answers..I'm trying to call now. I have mail forwarded but they say the delieverd a package at or near the mail box....thats a package ill never see.. shame there is no insurance on it
put it back into the mis-boxed mail slot on the wall. Also let them know if the location is doing business as that time. Most everyone with boxes here will put the mail into the mis-boxed mail slot.
Multiple times I have pkgs mark as being delivered when they never were. The mail carrier simply said to submit to Amazon for a refund. She wasnt interested in when tracking said she had delivered it, didnt take the tracking info just said ask for refund. The package was not from Amazon. I submitted a request to search for the package and it finally showed up weeks after it was supposed to have been delivered. Now another package is missing that shows as delivered!
My mom is in Rhode island, usually it takes at the most 4 days. But im still waitin on a manilla envelope and its day 6 now. Just like one i never recieved last Christmas from rhode island that just never came or "was known about" To add, its 2/20/19, still havent gotten envelope that was sent last monday
No. This post office has issues. They never delivered my package and i tracked it to them. They just told me oh well order another one.

You should not put your address online
If you put in a change of address online when you moved your package will be forwarded to your new address automatically. otherwise if you didnt and the new people at your old address realize it does not belong to them they should have put it back in the mail for return to sender. If you have the tracking call the post office they can help you decide how to resolve.
