I called to see if from my insurance set an approval and the guy over the phone was just trying to brush me off he was very very rude I hope that when I go for my appointment I don't have to deal with bad staff representation. I say if you applied for the job you signed up for it customer service is key so if you having a bad don't take it up on your clients and if you can't deal with people it's time to get a new job.

As far as the technician that injected me with the contrast and did the ct scan, she was great - very friendly and sweet. However, as far as scheduling and customer service in the office side, I give zero stars. I came out last week for my scan, and after waiting there 20 minutes, they tell me that the radiologist that’s supposed to be there for the test isn’t in that morning, he’s coming in the afternoon. That should be reviewed and confirmed the day before at the latest so my time isn’t wasted. I have kids, so my husband had to take off work for my appointment to watch them. I also had to drink the disgusting contrast drink at 4am that morning, only for them to tell me that the appointment had to be rescheduled. I am self pay, so I paid almost $300 for the scan before they told me it had to be rescheduled. I kindly asked for a discount for the inconvenience of having to come back another day after already drinking the contrast at 4am and now having to reschedule and do the same thing all over again, and my husband take off more time from work. I have been having very bad stomach pain, so pushing the scan back a week also pushes back the treatment I can get to help my pain. They called me the day before my rescheduled appointment and said, oh I’m sorry I didn’t get a discount approved because the test is already “discounted” for self pay - and by the way, the test is actually now going to be $500 so you owe us $200 more. What?! Robbery. The person that scheduled me said it was $300 and so did the lady that ran my card that morning, so now all of a sudden its $200 more and even worse, after they already rescheduled on me. And we all know that when they bill the insurance, they are lucky to get even a half of what they billed, so I guarantee the cash price they actually get more $. If they would have given me a courtesy discount for the inconvenience, I wouldn’t be leaving this review.

I didn't get a name, but the man who took my x-rays was very personable and professional. I don't know if he was a tech or a doctor. I was referred there by my doctor.
