Rentals are super high and I am sooo glad Murdock Circle has apartments for us people that are over the income limit of most places but still affordable. THEY HAVE A 4 BEDROOM FOR UNDER $2K!!! I started my application today!! The property manager (Yaboo) was so NICE and I haven't even met her face to face yet.

I felt the need to write a review as to how amazing the MC staff has been and continue to be. I've signed my 4th lease here and I couldn't be more happy. Through COVID and chaos Brynn helped me through everything! From sharing resources down to always having a smile! And our maintenance crews are just as exceptional. I recommend Murdock Circle for anyone who needs a great place to live!!!

Hello Linda and Christine, Our 2-bedrooms start at $1202 per month. The income restriction is based on how many people will be residing in the household with you. We require first months rent and a security deposit to move in

Currently we offer 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedrooms at both income restricted and market rates. The one bedroom apartments start at $1046 for income restricted and $1198-1298 for market.
There is a gated entry that requires rfid or bar codes (for cars). However, it has been disabled for over a year.
Our community does accept both service and emotional support animals. Without proper documentation there is a $400 pet fee plus an additional monthly pet rent of $50 for one pet and $75 for two, and restricted to 2 pets per household.
Yes... central heating and air. Linda the manager is very nice. The office staff are very knowledgable, fair and helpful even above and beyond apartment rental and leasing.
Though we had no trouble getting in here we soon realized that it was not a good place to live its too Hightower of a price for everything that goes wrong I would advise looking elsewhere unless you have the patience to feel with all the problems they will also only put you on a waiting list if they do not feel like you are a good fit we got in that month but my friend has waited 3 years

I am living there now 2 years now there is no drug I work late so am always on the complex late I don't have any issue there I would recommend Murdock circle Apartments
