It's easy to find street parking just a block away, and you can visit other locations when you're traveling. I've only been a member for two months but so far very happy I joined.

As someone who never went to the gym before this February, I was real nervous and self-conscious about joining a gym. That fear quickly went away as this place has been amazing and full of friendly gym members and staff. I also got a personal trainer, Israel, who has been great and accommodating to my schedule and fitness goals. Overall, a great place to work out.

This gym is great in terms of the equipment, the friendliness of the staff, and the location. The only thing holding it back in my opinion is the music. I just don't understand why there's music blaring 24/7 when everyone is wearing earbuds or headphones. Maybe this isn't a big issue for some people, but it instantly puts me in a bad mood when I'm trying to have a calm workout at night and I walk into the gym sounding like a nightclub

This is a great gym! Never too crowded, easy street parking, and the trainers and staff are all super. When I moved to Pasadena, I was looking for the feel of a smaller private gym like the one I used to go to, and I found it here. The membership fee is reasonable and the equipment is well maintained, nice mix of weight and cardio with a turf area. Def would recommend!
