Why is it that my mail carrier refuses to take the outgoing mail out of the mailbox? Instead, she just puts the flag down and piles the incoming mail on top of the mail she is supposed to take with her.

Staff was fine. lobby is very dirty which most likely is not their fault....No poster 7 ......all in all ok.

US post offices are usually closed after their regular operation hours. We used to be able to get in with a td bank card when their atm was still open there, but no more.
