Had us waiting for an entire before getting help from an employee. Had to ask 4 employees why the wait was long and apparently everyone was either on break or would go do another task. Their signs sax max 30mins. Paid at 3:29pm and an employee finally started the detail at 4:20pm. Many would walk by you even when trying to get their attention.

It's ok. Got 25+10 tip$ hand wash. All the water marks were still there. Would not go back. Made the mistake of going back again to get an expensive clay bar wash. Watched the whole thing. Not great work at all. Not worth the money.

It looks like there are new scratches all over the car. Also I paid the better service to have car vacuumed and cleaned by them. There were very noticeable spots they missed on the outside of the car. The rims still had dirt all over them. Inside was decent but they did a quick wipe down and you can see spots all over they just grazed by. I had to bring someone back over to point them out and they tried to do a quick touch up. I was very disappointed. The car was a 2015 subaru impreza. I've taken my 2015 Ram 2500, which is much larger, to another spot and paid the same cost but got a way better clean. And no scratches.
