Day of check in room smells as if someone had just smoked a pack of cigarettes in it and the bathroom sink was flooded. Advised reception and no one did anything about not even offer a different room. I was told by the over night employee that this was not a five star hotel, oh and before I forget there was also black mold in the bathroom walls and celling.

where do I even start...? The one good thing about this place was that it was able to accommodate us last minute. Checked the prices on booking and decided to go. We were gonna pay there as we were a few minutes away. When we got to the desk it was almost double the price. So we booked online then they couldn't see the reservation so this took about 15 to 20 minutes. Once we got to the room we thought it was a joke.... The TV was falling off the wall, the sink and shower were backed up with water and other nasties. The few plugs in the room did not work as they were falling out of the wall. It was a no smoking room but reeked of smoke! Then came the night... and to say we were scared would be an understatement. There was groups of people banging on our door all night, yelling and trying to open the door. Check out was 11am, but they were knocking on our door just before 10am asking us to leave. Don't stay here unless it is your last option! Unfortunately we told the workers and they did not care at all.

Called and made a reservation. When I went in to check in they said they cancelled the reservation and sold the room to someone else :( what made it worst was the rude bold guy at the front desk. He racist, white suprist attitude was so disprespectful.
