Use to be good, getting worse with every day, couldn't cancel my membership for last several months, think twice before you buy one, had to go through credit card dispute ( well their manager suggested so, saying they are short of workers and the once available are not trained, so don't know what to do) just unbelievable, had to cancel the card, required new account number so they won't change me for a service they are not providing. Quality of the wash getting bad too 😞😔😞

Everyone complaining about lady with black curly hair and owners don’t care so it means they don’t care about customers. Overall it is a okay wash like many others, scratches here and there after wash. But you should never buy monthly pass. That thing never works!!! You’re requesting help and guess who’s coming? Yes she is! She’ll unload on you her negativity, she’ll ruin your day and after all you’ll have to pay and they don’t care you have a monthly pass. I guess she’s a partner of that business because owner doesn’t care about complaints and keeping her there.

Their washer ripped off a bumper of a 2021 Sienna. I told Jerry the guidance guy standing in front of the machine and his response was "it was already broken then". I asked for tapes the lady at the register told me they don't keep them. Jerry told me they won't even cover the broken part and kept me waiting outside for ten minutes pretending to get manager, never did. Stay away from this place.

Two weeks ago I had an unfortunate incident in this place, I had my car washed, and when I entered the washing process halfway, my car stopped, immediately the machine that makes the tire run shook it very hard to force it to continue and …Thank you for your review, Samuel.
