Walking in the door and being greeted by Jason, meeting Melissa and Lance (all Pierce's), I immediately felt an ease that I didn't feel walking in to a big box store. I knew nothing about jewelry and was nervous while looking to buy an engagement ring. Jason helped to give me some jewelry 101 and took his time helping me find the perfect ring I didn't even know I was looking for. He gave me the information, asked me the right questions, and showed me all kinds of samples and options to really hone in on what was perfect for me. I couldn't be more thankful for him and the rest of the Pierce team. Since then, we've purchased our wedding bands and my fiancé had a custom pair of earrings to wear on our special day that Lance absolutely nailed in design and creation. I have without a doubt found my jeweler for life.
