Lake Mary FL OTF is like Family. The staff is super friendly and attentive and the coaches are amazing They are motivating and always make sure you’re doing the exercises properly. They push you to get through when it’s a bit challenging which is so rewarding. It’s almost been 4 months for me and I’ve become so passionate about going I look forward to it every day. The change of the workout template has been a welcome upgrade to my Orange Theory experience. The workouts are challenging and I am seeing gains in my fitness process. The staff has really stepped up their game too. Cannot be happier with everything that is going on at the Lake Mary studio.

I joined Orange Theory Fitness in Lake Mary 4 months ago. At the time I joined, I had 2 gym memberships, went through a few trainers, and hit a plateau in both weight loss and muscle definition. I am very happy to say I absolutely love Orange Theory and joining was the best decision I have made to meet my fitness goals. Coach Nancy and Coach Chris are amazing and I look forward to seeing them for class because they are so motivational and supportive. I am seeing muscle definition and feel stronger than ever. I am 43 years old and was always told Orange Theory is very difficult and the coaches yell at you. Not true!! Try it and you will love it!

If you’ve already been doing Orangetheory and become pregnant, check with your doctor first. Our heart rate monitoring is a perfect way to keep an eye on your intensity as you progress through your pregnancy. If you are a few months into your pregnancy and haven’t been doing any sort of fitness training, wait until after you have your baby and we can help get you back into shape!
Absolutely. Our coaches are trained to provide options for each exercise on the floor, in addition to offering a low-impact bike and strider alternative in place of the treadmill for lower body injuries or orthopedic restrictions.
Of course. Orangetheory is geared toward ALL levels of fitness and everyone is free and encouraged to go at their own pace. We recommend trying a free introductory workout, then discussing any thoughts or questions you may have regarding your fitness goals, with your coach.
Splat Points indicate minutes spent in the orange and red zones. Aim for 12 or more Splat Points per class.
Orangetheory is 5 Zone heart rate based interval training using specifically designed and timed interval training blocks. During a workout, members focus on Zones 3, 4 and 5. The workouts are designed to produce 12 minutes or more in Zones 4 & 5 combined (to achieve the after burn) during the treadmill training portion of the workout.
We’ll ask that you arrive no more than 15 minutes before workout and avoid congregating in the lobby.

Our workout room has a variety of equipment including treadmills (bikes and striders as alternatives), WaterRowers, and floor equipment including dumbbells, benches, TRX suspension trainers, medicine balls, BOSU trainers and AB Dollys.
Orangetheory is a 1-hour, full body workout, focused on training to build endurance, strength and power. We use heart rate-based interval training, which burns more calories post-workout than traditional exercise. When wearing our heart rate monitors, your real-time results are displayed on large screens throughout the studio. Intensity is based on your individual heart rate zones, making the workout effective for all fitness levels. To top it off, our fitness coaches lead the workout to prevent you from overtraining or undertraining.
OTbeat™ is our exclusive heart rate monitoring technology. Members have the unique experience of seeing real-time data during their workout, enabling them to push themselves to new limits. After class, they can then monitor their improvements through emailed results and by using the Orangetheory Fitness app.
