The show was cute and we enjoyed the train ride. If you get motion sick, be prepared as the train does sway a lot. Didn’t bother me but wife was still bothered even the next day. Main entree of prime rib was probably best steak I have had in a long time, and I eat a lot of steak. The salad was pretty sad. Lack of taste, croutons, just overall a miss. The pretzel roll was awesome and wish they gave two instead of just one. Wife loves the cheese tray, I don’t eat cheese so she got extra. The soup was meh. Dessert was surprisingly good. I expected to hate it but ate the entire thing. The waiters on the other hand were sub par. Drinks were rarely refilled or we were forgotten. I was left thirsty a lot. They expect a ten dollar per person tip on top of the 125 you pay for train ride, which is pretty obnoxious to find out once on train. Party of 7 with our kids and that’s a new big expense. We only drank water and coffee and barely had them refilled. The entertainment was fun and actors enjoyed their job. So it’s worth checking out, but I hope they add waiters so they can improve service levels .

Three hour train ride, prime rib dinner, and a murder mystery play. Absolutely amazing. Would give more stars if possible. Went a second time this year. Prices went up from $75 to $125 in a year...Inflation? Got prime rib again seemed to be better than last year. Only negative was sitting across from table who got very drunk and belligerent.

The entire experience was great. Loved the acting. The service was ok along with the food. We were with a group and had a good time.

We got the hotel package for $119.00, I believe. I enjoyed very much. The food was awesome on train ride and hotel was awesome with a free breakfast. This was in Ft. Myers, Fl.
It's worth every penny!

I just did the ride last weekend it was $91 per person. They apparently change the murder mystery ever so often but I'm not sure if the price changes also
Take seat cushion
Yes wheelchair accessible
I would call them. They are a very good company. My bet is they would try to help you if possible.
The prim rib was big and very good.
It was 95.00 per person, we did have drinks and tipped well. About $130.00 each.
You participate by paying attention to clues And details and the make your predi tion at the end of the performance. Actors are great fun.
It is about 3 hours. Don't worry, between the food and the theatrics you really don't notice that it's been 3 hours. Time literally flies when you are having fun on this train.
You are set a a table of four mostly. So you and your date would have company. Recommend a double date maybe?
It's about $85 a person but I'm pretty sure the price varies as the show changes... I think they have specials on Groupon for it from time to time as well.
Didn't see a vegan option but I wasn't looking for one either.
All of those answers are on their website. No age restrictions as far as I'm aware.
Your 16 year old is allowed and would be one of the youngest. My kids would enjoy it thoroughly.
You can buy the tickets on line
Its on the website
Yes, you must wear a wask to board the train. The dinner was excellent and the actors in the performance we're really good.
I would definitely not offer this to a vegetarian. We were served cheese, crackers, grapes, a pretzel roll, salad, tomato bisque soup and an option of prime rib which was amazing!!!!, Fish and chicken! The experience however is absolutely wonderful!! We couldn't have been happier! The service was excellent, the show engaging, funny and perfectly timed! It's a must!!!
That's about right. (About $90. Per person) It was all excellent and highly recommend
If u purchase ticket in the morning u have before 12pm to make a refund after that then purchase is final and no refund after that. Atleast that's what I've been told after buying mines
It's about 4 hours and you come back to the station. It is a great experience. Good food, good entertainment, wonderful staff.
We did polar express train ride in Eustis.
Right now its $85.15 per tick but that doesn't include gratuities. I agree with William definitely call for pricing
They have a "Holiday Train Mystery " that runs until New Year's Eve. I'm thinking that the gift certificates should not expire, paid for and up front. That's just my opinion, I do hope that it's right.
There are a couple of hotels on Colonial that are very close by.
Yes. You may pay cash or with cc at the Colonial Station in Fort Myers, but please do so with plenty of advance notice, as reservations are not confirmed until payment is received. Some nights are already sold out and others are close as we approach the holidays. We look forward to seeing you soon. Allllll aboard!
No senior discounts as i am one .
Look at the menu on their website. They only offer what is on the menu. From their website - "Vegan/Vegetarian, or Gluten-Free Options are NOT available." I highly recommend taking the train. It is a great time if you like murder mystery shows. You are front row to all the action.
When I went 3 meals to chose from chicken wrapped in bacon. Salmon or prime rib.
Yes, you will need a light jacket or sweater.
It costs around $85 dollars and includes train ride, show, appetizer, roll, soup, salad, entree, and dessert. Coffe and water are also included. This does not include soda, alcoholic beverages or tip.
Halloween Ghost Train with Murder Mystery will be on October 27th at 6:30 pm.

Fort Myers, FL. On Colonial Blvd at the railroad track. 2805 Colonial Blvd.. Tjere is a small.platform on one aide of the track where there is a vuildinv where you purchase your ticket. The food was great. Get on the teain right at the location wherw u purchase your ticket.
I paid $90 I think but it was worth every penny. 5 course dining, upscale food included a huge excellent prime rib cooked to perfection. The theater was awesome. Do it!
Coffee also included
Its $90 per person
I took my 13 year old daughter and she was bored in the first hour.. the show is really oriented to adults.. Performers were awesome .
There is a bunch of sexual suggestions and undertones. Would not recommend for children. Also you are stuck on a train for four hours. They could do the play in 10 minutes and you could eat in 30. The rest if the time you just sit there bored.
Nice group.. call mystery dinner train office and ask if there are any group discounts..
Unfortunately prices change (not down). The best advise is to call mystery dinner train and or visit the website.. there are different shows on for the week, price varies
Best bet is to check website for details. Looks like it's called Trained for Deception.
Most everyone dresses casually. From what I remember, the temperature inside the train was very comfortable.
