Excellent service, I needed to have a new motor installed in the hub of my ebike. I came in with the new motor and they had it installed and ready to go in less than 2 hours. I thought it would be an all day thing and I would be able to pick it up at the end of the day. I checked my phone later in the day because I left it on the desk when I saw the message and was like no way the wheel was ready at 1:15pm I just dropped it off. Cost was definitely way cheaper than what I was expecting to pay. I know when I need my brakes changed in a few months this is where I'll be coming.

While In search for a new bicycle we planned visiting all local bicycle shops in town before making any purchases. Out of the four shops we visited The Bike Route first. We where very impressed with everything about the store from inventory to Dans knowledge and professionalism. We where sticking to our commitment to not purchasing anything until we visit all the local shops. So we ventured on to the three other shops and didn’t get the same vibe as The Bike Route gave us. We are incredibly happy with our purchase of the bicycle along with the awesome bike rack and accessories. Thank you Dan and Staff for making this an enjoyable experience.

I was surprised that I had such a bad experience just to start off with because they’re located so close to where I live and they’ve been there for so long. I stopped in to check out a bike for my mother, and myself and adult three wheel. I was ignored many times so I left. I came back another time and walked in and someone helped me but they were very rude and they would only talk about the most expensive bikes ( I had five hundred cash to spend that day ) and told me I wouldn’t be able to find any bikes so I said there are some available on Amazon and he said well that’s a different quality. Needless to say I ended up buying a Schwinn bike for a very good price online around $300 I put it together myself and then I went back to them and ask them if they could help chome find a seat. They said no they don’tn make anything anywhere like that for the bike that you have -so again I went online and I bought the exact same thing. Brand name. From company….. and I put it together. The bike works great so don’t doubt yourself do your research don’t trust secondhand retailers that only sell over priced New* items. They did have used bikes but they were outside and Rusty and they wanted to charge me over $400 for used older rusty bikes. If you took the time to read this I wouldn’t waste my time there - unless I like wasting my money because that’s exactly what will happen. Do a little research and you can find a beautiful bike and someone to put it together and not have to spend an arm and a leg whether it’s new or used. Don’t let rude people who think they’re better than you tell you how to observe things for yourself. Below is the seat and the bike and the cover brand-new and some cuffy pillows and I still didn’t break 400 Versus the old are used bike that was Rusty they wanted 495 for which wasn’t even a Schwinn 😂 I have been here three times and I wouldn’t go back. Went to buy a helmet and out of stock on my size. Didn't have much color wise and size to choose from. Still looking around and may stop back in at a later time to see if they get more in.
