This is a giant place. A huge warehouse. And they only have 6 employees at any time. If it wasn't for the home depot item locator app, I would not have been able to find anything. If you do find an employee, they act like they are doing you a favor by helping you. If you don't need it right away, use Amazon.

Literally 0 workers care you need help Asked the manager for help since the paint guy was on break She told someone else to do it And they don’t know how to work the paint machine. So not only did the manager refuse to help me, she put someone else in a position where they couldn’t help me. too many ghetto kids work here.

There's no way this store has over 4 stars, they must pay services for positive reviews.. Look at all the 1 star reviews they've racked up.. This store is Perpetually out of hundreds of sku' and almost always has massive holes on the shelves, while other home depot stores are run much MUCH better this one always has problems in most every department. Today's failure was garden tools, welcome to spring, This store as usual caught offguard, they must not have seen spring coming.. The entire hand tool section has been out of stock for weeks, im a property service contractor and have to plan a stop here as a unreliable delay in my day, often expecting to stop at another store along my route. Too bad they don't have more products sourced in the America's, the section that was empty today, most items in the brand were sourced in Vietnam, and Finland. Poor planning and no contingencies to get sellable inventory on the shelves.. Hey HD, you wasted another hour of my day, and continue to drain my patience and ability to be a loyal pro customer.
