I've gone here since I was 10 years old and I've never had any big problems with it. It's all good as far as I've known. Good places to eat, Market Basket usually has everything you need for good prices. A Starbucks for coffee lovers. It's honestly a really amazing place to go to hang out or just to get anything you need. Especially with the HomeGoods and TJMax there.

Mystic Mall is better described as Shopping Plaza. Every shop and store is on ground level, the only stairs are at the Five Guys burger place. They are no escalators on site.
