June 29th right before the 4th of July holiday weekend, I was told my tires were under the metro belt and my car was essentially too dangerous to drive. I called Mavis Tires & Breaks in Woburn to ask if they had 4 tries to fit my 2016 Jeep Patriot. Right away Ken who took my phone call and was a godsend, as he was able to set up ticket to drop my car off immediately provided excellent customer service for all four tires and an alignment. Furthermore upon coming in to drop off my car, I met Bryant at the counter who helped immensely with reassuring my tires were the proper size and type. He gave me a call and provided feedback and suggestions for a steering wheel flush (my car has been shaken so hopefully this covers all the bases) when I came to pick up my car up Bryant provided excellent assistance setting me up with a lifetime warranty on my tires and a fantastic price point. Thank you guys for making my car safe to drive again! Have a wonderful and safe 4th of July weekend!

John at the front desk and Eduardo the mechanic did a wonderful job repairing work from another shop. They. were friendly, professional and insisted I not leave, until the car was safe. Repairs was done in 30 minutes. and Eduardo walk me through the work done. Quality work! Highly recommend this shop.
