They call, they leave a message with the information they ask for to return the call and they never return the call. I have called several times and on different days. I will definitely change my doctor 🤷🏽‍♂️ and or I won't go back to this one, I don't find that responsible.

Yes, sometimes we can not get your call because we are talking to someone else. What I recommend is that you leave your message on the answering machine and we will return the call as soon as possible. Thank you

We are new to the area, we have blue cross blue shield ppo. We need to know if you are a provider with this plan. Thank you in advance
