I'm glad it's here, but as dog parks go, it's pretty lame. Compared to no park at all, I would give it 5 stars. But, compared to every other dog park I've been to (and I've been to a lot), I think 2 stars is being generous. Without any scenic landscape or topography, it begs for some man-made features. The bottom line, though: as a Fitchburg resident, I am very grateful to have it.

I went there yesterday for the first time. My dog, Bo, loved it. The dogs just run around playing. It was really nice.
