Positive: Very clean and quiet with friendly staff. The Breakfast had a nice variety of healthy options as well as kids favorites. Negative: There was not a great spot for loading and unloading a family's volume of luggage.

I travel for work and spend 35 weeks a year on the road. This has to be one of the worst hotels and services I have ever experienced. The internet was so slow I wasn't able to work and had to go to a nearby coffee shop. They also charged me $150+ in damages to a room that was rented to me with broken furniture. Tried to explain the situation to the argumentative Bobby from management who was not able to help with the situation. I will no longer be staying at all IHG Hotels as the company and the General Manager do not seem to not care about their customers but only about dollars and cents. There are a lot of other Hotels to pick from that deliver a better experience.

Positive: The bed was very comfortable and the shower was excellent. Bath products were nice. Breakfast was OK. Walls seemed thick and the room was quiet. Negative: They did not tell us that we had to REQUEST our room to be cleaned so we came home to a dirty room with wet towels. Breakfast had very little vegetarian and zero gluten free options. Parking lot was full so we had to park on a street.
