Wish i could give no stars drive thru customer service sucks, the guy said he couldn’t hear me and i was speaking as loud as i can and he said he’s not taking my order if i can’t speak up, i said he’s rude he needs better customer service and he told me he’s not taking my order. I’m pregnant and craving something and i sat at the speaker for 5 minutes till he took my order and rudely said hurry the hell up and order something. I will not be coming back after that

After spending 10 minutes in the drive thru, we got to the order box and started ordering, when she said, if this is a big order you need to come in, now there was no signs saying that, and our order was over 6 Items but simple. We have been going and supporting this store throughout the pandemic when they opened. But we will rethink going here again. Customer service is 0.

When you place a mobile order 2 hours before their closing hours they will lock their front doors and have you go through the drive through. What's the point of a quick pick if you're going to look your doors 2 hours earlier?

my experience here was horrible had an argument with the boy taking my order his name was “Angel” very rude and not customer friendly, he said I would have to drive around again just to add suace and he would not give me my small simple order until I came back and my food was given to me already eaten and he refused to give me a refund and said I ate it, which is really messed up and it was clear he ate it . WHO CAN HELP ME. The kid name is angel I am very sad
