Great Store. I bought a pair of HOKA Bondi 8's direct from Hoka. Didn't like them as much as the Bondi 7's. Fortunately, I was able to return the shoes and get a pair of Bondi 7's. THey have a great selection. I also bought some ON Cloud's which I couldn't believe were actually more comfortable than the HOKA's. I didn't think that was possible. Keith Wagner helped me out. He was patient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend. Buying comfortable shoes is like buying a good mattress - you're going to spend a lot of time wearing them. It helps to have someone who knows the product line and can help you find what you are looking for. Worth a little extra $$!!

Excellent service, Chip helped me & scanned my feet as well as analyzing my gait. Worked within my price range to show me 4-5 different styles of shoe to find the a good and proper fit. No pressure, adjusted my sizings & explained the tech in each shoe & how they differed. Very happy with my purchase (Hoka Clifton 8) and will certainly return in the future. Ironically found this store while looking at color choices for shoes I had been fitted for at Fit2Run a few days earlier. So glad because my experience here was leagues beyond the Fit2Run. I was greeted by Melanie upon entering and after a friendly conversation she begin a thorough analysis of my feet. She asked important questions about past injuries, my activities and listened intently. She was exceptionally patient during the shoe fitting process. With a more accurate and thorough fitting than I received at Fit2Run, our starting point was already more comfortable than the ending at the previous store. She continued asking questions honing in on the perfect fit. After two hours (like I said PATIENCE) I can say unequivocally that in all my life I have never had a shoe fit so equisitely. What a feeling!! I will say try to have an open mind as for brands etc. Be sure to share past experiences but also be willing to try again under their expert knowledge and guidance. My previous experience with Brooks left me not inclined to try them again but ironically that is where we found MY perfect fit. If that's what your looking for, your perfect fit, this is definitely the right place to be.

Needed to get fitted for new running shoes. The staff there is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable! Wonderful return policy in the case the shoes still give me problems.
