Walk in the store was not greeted by any associate even being in the store more than 20 minutes. Went to the counter to pay and had a return and a purchase. Put bag on counter and said I had a return but the associate was busy talking with other associate and didn’t hear me. She then says you didn’t tell me you had a return. My response yes I did you were not listening. Sad day as I shop express a lot and even have there store card. Needless to say I left without purchasing and won’t be back. I get times are hard with help as I’m in the service industry but this is unacceptable.

It's another department store. Clean, shorted staffed, products that will be in a landfill somewhere in India before they're ever used. The usual.
