I have been to this location twice and have never had a good experience. The first time they were giving walk-in orders crazy bread even though I had been waiting for an online order and the girl tried to tell me they were giving the bread as orders came in, even though mine was placed before these walk-ins. Then today I was giving Italian cheese bread without the seasoning and the order wasn’t ready when I got there, even though I arrived 5 minutes after my scheduled time with the portal. I have worked in customer service my entire adult life and this location is atrocious. This location gives the little Caesar’s brand a bad name. If I could give them zero stars I would.

I order online 30 min before closing and pizza was going to be ready in 20min. When I went to pick up my order 10 min before closing the cashier said "we're not open we're not open" so I told her to please come to the door, I told her I'm here just to pick up my order, she said there is no order, I told her I see 2 pizza boxes in the pizza portal. She said that they were a return than she told me said she cancelled my order.

Apparently when you order through the app, when someone orders pepperoni it must mean sausage! I wasn't aware. And I really loved the added bonus of needing to cut my own pizzas as well. Such an amazing experience!

This place never gets my order right, I usually don't say anything because it's so cheap. looks like someone started cutting my pizza in squares then changed to triangle. District manager never calls customers back after you make a complaint to corporate. If I didn't have a family I wouldn't never eat little Caesar's, seriously considering giving up on them. They promote the wrong people because managers don't care and are very unprofessional. Whom ever reported them for taking online orders only, thank you.
